at top right corner , or left bottom

Where at top right corner?? because at top right corner of my admin section when i mouse over, its show a dropdown menu, where i can see 3 links, Admin, edit my profile and logout. Admin and edit my profile link take me to the profile page and there is no field for social media links. And i didnt get point about left bottom. Can you please explain it little bit more.
